END-OF-LIFE

Celebrating Every Life, Every Story

My deepest condolences

Saying goodbye to someone you love is never simple and finding the right words or the right way can sometimes feel overwhelming. I am here to offer gentle guidance, steady support, and a calm space to breathe as you take each step.

When the time is right, we will shape a ceremony that truly honours their life. Whether this be traditional or unique, with or without religion - whatever feels most true to them and most comforting for you. I ensure their story is held with genuine warmth, care, and authenticity. I take the time to truly get to know the person at the very heart of the ceremony.

I work directly with families or alongside funeral directors, meeting face‑to‑face, by phone or video call - whatever feels most comfortable for you. With ten years of teaching experience, I bring strong pastoral instincts and safeguarding awareness, helping you feel supported, safe and understood throughout the process.

Together, we will create a space that celebrates their life, honours your memories and their unique character.

FUNERAL SERVICES

A gentle, meaningful goodbye structured around a burial or cremation. Thoughtfully written, gently delivered, and shaped around the stories and moments that made their person who they were.

CELEBRATIONS OF LIFE

A brighter story‑rich tribute filled with personality, joy and the little details that made someone unforgettable. Heartfelt, uplifting and crafted with care - a ceremony that feels like them, through and through.

MEMORIAL SERVICES

A gathering without the coffin present - often held days, weeks or months later. Calm, reflective and spacious, giving families time to breathe, remember and come together when they feel ready. A lovely way to honour a life, for example an ashes internment ceremony.

A diverse group of people, including women of different ethnicities and men, are holding hands and embracing in prayer or a moment of unity inside a room with soft lighting, decorative wall features, and gold-colored awards or plaques in the background.

END-OF-LIFE PACKAGE

Please note throughout our whole time working together, even after the day, I am here to be a support system to you and your loved ones.

Cost: £250

What is included:

  • Meeting You:
This is my time to listen and for you and your loved ones to talk, as much or as little as you wish. Together, we will discuss your wishes for the ceremony. We will talk about your loved one's life stories, their personality and the special details that you wish to include. We can also explore any specific elements you would like to weave into the ceremony, such as chosen readings or music.  This meeting can be held in person, on the phone or via video call- whatever feels most comfortable for you.

  • Creating the Ceremony:
From our time together, I will use all of the information I gathered to create the ceremony script. No scripts I write are the same, no template format or generic words. Whether you would like me to write the eulogy entirely or simply guide a loved one who wishes to write it, I am here to support you. Once the draft is complete, I will share it with you. From there, we can refine, adjust, and amend the script together until it feels completely right. In addition, we will also finalise the Order of Service and coordinate any tributes or contributions from family and friends.

  • The Day:
In close coordination with the Funeral Director, I will oversee the smooth flow of the ceremony so you are free from any logistical worries. I will be there early on the day of the funeral to ensure all arrangements are perfectly in place. Greeting your guests and connecting with key individuals or readers is an important part of my role. I aim to provide you the space to be completely present as you pay your final respects.

“Outstanding.
Charley was brilliant in her approach, delivery and personalisation of the service.”
